We study the existence and uniqueness of solution of the Kurzweil equations ~ with the Non-Lipschitz
quantum stochastic differential equation. This is accomplished within the framework of the Hudson and Parthasarathy
formulations of quantum stochastic calculus and the Schwabic generalized ordinary differential equations.
