This paper is concerned with an x-ray of globalization and the ethical implication of its activities. Ethics is the academic study of morality, while morality is rational man's notion of right and wrong actions in society. In this sense it is concerned with man's concept of values that guide his life. Globalization is man's attempt to bridge the world's economies, cultures and people in spite of territorial boundaries. In an attempt to make the whole world a single continent, how ethical has the proponents of globalization faired? This is the thrust of this paper
